Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

Swiss Chalet never disapoints me, the food the sauce the fries. Everything is excellent and service is speedy. Only problem is the steady rise in pricing. Everybody has to make a living I guess. Swiss Chalet has gone from a cheap satisfying meal in the 1980's to a rare treat in the present. Give us some deals and coupons please.

Good food for a good price. A family favourite here! Friendly staff. Nice, clean restaurant. Has a take-out/pick up area separate from the restaurant area. I used this only once as we prefer to dine-in. It was good. A little slow BUT in all fairness it was a fairly busy time.

We went to this Swiss Chalet outlet for dinner and found that it has turned into a lower class hall-style restaurant - the ambience was "0" and the service -1 and was extremely cold - we even kept our jackets on. They didn't have enough staff, our orders were incorrect and the food cold. Even though we told the server that we were in a hurry, we didn't get our food until we were ready to leave. The server gave a half-hearted sorry. Not good. Won't go back to this one any time soon. We go to the Edinburgh Rd North outlet as we always get good service and servers and the food is actually hot!

Never had such terrible service ever at a Swiss Chalet. It took us (4 of us) forever to get our food, and when it arrived it was cold. There were other customers who were seated after us that had their food way before us. Also found a hair in my salad. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to wait another 30minutes for my lunch. When the bill arrived it was also incorrect. Will never go back to this Swiss Chalet.
