Swiss Chalet - Guelph

30 2023 I just wanted to leave a good evaluation for the manager in the Swiss chalet who worked tonight when he took the time to hear my thinking, and then we talked about me in portions and cost after I ordered. excellent work! thank you!

Order online for pickup at 5;30. Order confirmation said pick-up at 4:42. I called the restaurant to ask her to delay the pick-up time and they say I called too late, the order is already made. I'm not sure how a call within 1 minute the order is too late. This restaurant does not value good customer service. Considering that we have ordered one of the most common items (quarter chicken) that could easily be used for another order or restaurant. The final result is that I have a cold dinner and they really don't care. This is now the third time an online order has gone sideways.

The spring rolls were so overdue that I was afraid I would break my teeth on them. Dried baked potato that was barely warm, chicken was sub-par and her pop dispenser did not work (SUPPOSEDLY) so they brought me an extra large bottle that cost much more. Then in the end they wouldn't honor my coupon because what we ordered does not have quality! Will never come back!

We ordered a total of $121.65 online for five dinners. We came home and we were just a ripph chicken comb. They called and sent the dinner within 20-30min. After an hour we called back (4 attempted calls no answer). When they finally answered, they told us that the driver was unfortunately in a very bad accident. If that's true, it's really sorry for the driver and hope they're okay! However, I am sure that this would not stop phone calls or call back to inform customers waiting for their food. Very poor customer service in answering this order overall and unprofessional.

First time out together since the fall of 2019. It was a bit crowded when we arrived at 1 PM A bit of a wait but a cheerful welcome and we were seated. The beer was cold and the food was hot and the portions...were quite adequate. Kat our server was flat out looking after several customers. She did a great job and took ou picture.
