I had heard that Pizza Hat offers gluten-free pizza, but I couldn't find any information on their website to order it. I decided to go in and inquire about it to ensure it was safe for me to eat. They explained that they have pre-made gluten-free crusts on aluminum pans, which they refill with fresh ingredients. Once the pizza is ready, they remove it from the pan, only touching the pan itself, and place it directly into a pizza box without cutting it to avoid cross-contamination. I found the pizza to be very delicious and a great option, especially for those with gluten sensitivities. I didn't experience any negative reactions, even though I am a very sensitive celiac.
