Server was not very knowledgeable or seemed to really understand the concept of cross-contamination. Although I say it to him, it does not seem that they had told the kitchen at all that there was a nutritional concern. they are also a tiny kitchen, so I doubt that they are able to control cross-contamination. they claim to be gluten friendly, but no guarantees.

Eating was very good, the server was very knowledgeable. fried are listed as gf, but are in a common friyer asking. had a burger and substituted salate for frits.
