The people here were really nice and the kindness they showed to me one time when I had a bad day, make me break down and cry cause I was so moved and overwhelmed by their kindness.

Well let's start how when you order an expresso the cashier tell you they can't add it in a Frappuccino other places does .and while was waiting for my order the worker there was going on rampage how she is under paid and over worked and the management did not train the right way and the manager on duty was just kept righting in the manger lon while she was ranting in front of customers so very unprofessional her name was chris this had to be embarrassing for the customers to her that they come to get a coffee not to hear about how the employees are unhappy with their job people gets fired for feed back I just wanted to bring this to your attention so you may directly have a meeting with her supervisor

I go here 4 days a week. The employees are always very nice and get my order correct the first time.

This location should just close if the staff is going to be so bad. Today I found a coupon for a free small hot latte with any purchase. I ordered the small latte and a blueberry muffin. When I got to the window the cashier told me the coupon could only be used for “regular coffees” even though it clearly stated that it was for a free small hot LATTE with ANY purchase. Between this and all the times my drink has been half full or cold, I’m done with this place. What’s the point of having a staff that’s unpleasant, unprofessional, and untrained. A joke.
