Kfc - Grove City

This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. The young staff were rude and lacked adult supervision. There was one particularly unprofessional employee whose behavior was especially disappointing. When other employees choose to ignore this, it makes them just as complicit. I suggest a complete staff overhaul. Additionally, the chicken was overcooked.

Ordered the Mac and cheese bowl. I was told it was a 4 minute wait in popcorn chicken. No problem. Pulled up and paid. Was given good within a minute. I knew it was going to be bad. My bowl is topped with the remnants of fried bits. Literally no chicken inthis. Trash service. Trash food.

This is the worst KFC I've ever been to. If you're lucky, your food will take a long time to arrive and will probably be cold. The last time I visited, the doors were locked, and no one was answering the drive-thru. I drove around the building and found the staff just sitting at a couple of tables in the dining area. Today, when I got there, they were in the middle of a shift change, so they couldn't take any orders. I ended up waiting in the parking lot for 20 minutes until a disheveled-looking kid with an attitude finally decided to let us order. My son really likes their food, and since there's no other KFC for 15 miles, you might wonder why I keep trying.

I wouldn't recommend going here. Save your time and go to Canes next door instead. I won't be returning. The photos speak for themselves—everything was soaked in grease. On the plus side, there was no wait, but I should have taken that as a warning. The drive-thru was unappealing as well.

Not sure what was worse, the food or the service. Who is running this place? I mean, I watched the WHOLE staff including the manager gathered in the back chatting it up as I waited, finally got my food and noticed how messy and dirty that lobby was. Thefood looked bad and tasted worse. Fed the meat to my dog and threw the rest away. Wasn't worth the 8$ that was wasted. Drive toanother location because I have never visited a KFC as bad as this location. Save $10 and go elsewhere. Just a heads up
