Jolly Pirate Donuts - Grove City

We get consistently stale donuts some are not as remarkable as others. their jelly donuts seem to keep better, but their long johns nope always stagnate. I can come in at lunch or at 15 o'clock and they're stale. that was never a problem with the previous peculiarity. I always give them an attempt to hope all the few months that the dings will change. they did it a little. there was a black lady working in the evening and the dinge seemed fresher. I understand that companies are trying to cut waste, but not when it comes to selling stale donuts. even if they make “a fresh one”, it is still an old donut from behind. I want to love this place as I use it, but they need to work on their quality control. will adjust the evaluation as soon as quality as previous owners are consistent.

The best Donut place. I love their banana cream donut. the best part is that it is almost always on camp for me because you all miss and don't get it lol. I love jolly pirate donuts!

We usually keep on the way to home and it is most time ok. a lil expensive and this trip the glaze donuts had no glaze amd were dry.

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years and always ordered the same delicious donuts. However, today I was very disappointed. I ordered my usual strawberry croissant and it was cold, soggy, and mashed up. I took a bite and it was not appetizing at all. When I went back to the restaurant, they said it was always like that. The item was replaced and warmed up, but it just made it even more soggy. The croissants used to be crispy and flakey, never cold. It seems like they have replaced their refrigerated case where they keep the croissants, and it has definitely ruined them. Unfortunately, I will have to find a new place to get my favorite croissants. It's a shame.

I want to start by applauding Jolly Pirate for hiring employees with special needs. However, it appears that they only have special needs employees working, except on Saturdays when they may have someone who can make French crullers. I've heard that their menu is very limited though (donut gold). Just a suggestion, maybe it would be better to have a more diverse team of employees. Despite a mix-up where my daughter received a brownie instead of the cinnamon roll she ordered, she still enjoyed her dessert.
