Bambusa - Griffith

What a surprise to find such a gem in Manuka. The food was delicious and our waitress was excellent. We purchased some custard buns to take away and the Owner took the time to instruct us how we should re heat them. Now you would not get that service in many other restaurants. Well done will definitely recommend this restaurants to friends.

First of all I must say William the Owner is a very passionate lover of Asian food. He wants the guest to experience new and exciting flavors at his restaurant. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely go back. Ask William about his Black theme idea.

We arrived in Canberra for a four night stay. We found Bambusa on our first night. It was delicious so we went back again on our last night. The service was friendly and welcoming. The food was well presented, light and fresh. Chinese can often be heavy, overly sweet and not very appealing. This is not the sort of food you get at Bambusa. The battered food is lightly coated, the dumplings dainty and the hot pot pepper steak dish highly recommend.

Been here a few times, the whole duck is exceptional value, other dishes are high quality. Good service, nice atmosphere for dining. Highly recommended for dinner for couples or family.

Early lunch, great service good advice on menu and super prompt food delivery! Duck spring rolls a ripper and also pancakes yummy. Beef and chicken dumplings as good as I've had in Hong Kong.
