What a fantastic dining experience! The food was exquisite, the wine pairing was spot on and the service was the best! I regret not having visited this restaurant before, would be one of my favourite places. Yes, pricing was on the high range, but it was worth every cent! We were fully satisfied even before the desserts came out. Thanks Aubergine for one of the best dinners of my life!

Unique and tasty foods, that are usually locally produced. A big focus on the individual ingredients and making them shine. The non-alcoholic pairing was also amazing. Exceptional staff and incredible interior. Highly recommend.

I decided to explore Canberra's dining scene and a must-visit on my list was Aubergine. My two-day trip to the capital was not in vain, as Aubergine turned out to be one of the best restaurants I have ever tried. The food was amazing, and the restaurant's interior, with its moody black color scheme, created an intimate atmosphere perfect for dining.
