Burger King - Griffith

The drive-through is quick, the food is delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this place; my experience was top-notch!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was subpar, and the woman who attended to us was extremely rude. The food was so dry that we had to discard it. The frozen drinks weren't actually frozen and ended up overflowing! The staff member seemed completely unconcerned about it. I’m shocked that this location is still open. We definitely won’t be returning.

I ordered food from this Burger King and the lady who took my order was extremely rude, while I was ordering we asked her to repeat what she said and she said it very loud and rude and extremely snappy like.

I never know if they are open. Customer service is trash. Fries are terrible. It takes 20 minutes for a whopper in the drive thru. That's even if someone speaks to you at the speaker.

The employees walked by, glanced at us, and ignored us while they continued eating instead of serving food. We knocked on the door, but they didn’t respond; they just chose to ignore us. Eventually, we gave up and left. As we walked away, one employee started shouting that we vandalized the building. All we did was knock! She threatened to call the police. My sister pointed out that they should have been open two hours earlier, which made her upset. She claimed to be with a customer, but there was no one else inside—just the employees, all of whom were sitting down and eating, including the manager. I will be reaching out to corporate later about this experience.
