Contribuiți la feedbackI ordered ranch at the drive thru and was charged for it. Upon checking my bag I noticed I did not receive the ranch I ordered. I was not upset but I was craving it so we went back through the drive thru as the lobby was closed. I nicely asked if we could have some ranch as it was forgotten. The lady at the window swore she gave it to me and demanded to see my bag of food. I told her I didn't want her barehanded digging through my bag. She slammed the window shut and walked off. She came back with gloves and demanded twice more to see my bag. I handed it over and she dug through it and realized she definitely did not give me my ranch, so she threw it in my bag and shoved it at my boyfriend who was driving, not apologizing at all and slammed the window again. Not only did I find this extremely rude, but also nasty. It's literally a cup of ranch dressing. Demanding to dig through my food and acting like I'm lying was extremely unnecessary and probably a health code violation.
If you're in a hurry don't bother coming here. Half the time they run out of runzas before 730pm. Also the wait is terrible! Most nights it takes 30-40 minutes to get through the drive thru. As I'm typing this I'm at minute 25 with six cars to go. They've only served 3 cars since I got into queue. If I wasn't craving a runza I would have immediately gotten out of line Edit: 36 minutes but I'm passed the ordering screen
She was handing the drinks out in the cheapest carrier on Planet Earth and of course, they spilled into the window, car, and my lap. That girl barely said anything (no apology) and the second employee tried to do the same with new drinks and the same flimsy carrier. When I asked she just hand them individually to me, she acted as though I'd requested a full refund. I finally got everything I ordered and asked for more napkins for the entire left side of the driver's seat, and the employee that spilled the drinks argued that the napkins she'd already provided were satisfactory. All employees were in the wrong and probably underpaid. This place sucks.
Just finished up track and ready for a nice juicy Runza meal after my hard day at school. I go to order my food, along with my three siblings orders. The order was quite lengthy so I asked the women taking my order if she could repeat it back to me. She got very annoyed and started repeating the order back to me with an attitude. As if it was an inconvenience that I was even there. I pulled up to the window and the guy working seemed like he wanted to be anywhere else but there and also was not very friendly with me. I paid and got handed my food, but was missing one of my four sodas. I sat until they opened the window again and asked for the soda that I was missing. The guy at the window looked at me for a second, squinted his eyes, and slowly said okayyy.... (in a confused mannose About a minute later he finally handed me my final drink with the most annoyed look on his face. I thanked him for giving me my drink, and he shut the window without a reply.
The Gretna Runza is the worst Runza out there and I will never go back ! Today I ordered chicken strips in the drive thru around 4 pm . When I received my order I looked inside to make sure my order was correct. I found that my chicken strips were still swimming in oil . I asked if I could have some new ones and showed the lady how oily they were by soaking up the excess oil with the napkins they gave me . She proceeds to tell me that they pre cool them then dip them in the fryer as ordered . I guess that explains why their burgers 80% of the time seem like they are warmed up . My suggestion , drive by this Runza it's not worth your time . I won't ever go back after that customer service failure !!
