Arby's - Greshamville

I got the 2 for $6. My total was $6.32. gave the guy at the window $10.32. he came back with $3 and some change. I said I gave you the change I should get only dollars back. He said I never gave him change.Then the girl bagging food came over with an attitude and told me to stop yelling. I was not yelling and she says do you want you food and money or not ? excuse me just give me my stuff so I can leave. The girl went and talked to a bigger lady I'm assuming the manager. Next thing you know the window opens and the bigger lady said there and handed me my correct change and slammed the window. I sat there because I didn't even get my food yet. A minute goes by and she kind of flings the bag at me. A ask for Arby sauce she gave them to me. As I was driving off she was talking trash to me. Very very bad customer service there. The manager didn't even ask me anything and came to me with an attitude. I will NOT be going back there again. Sad because my daughter likes their food.

The staff could use a better attitude. Very short and rude.

Only used the drive-through. But the service was very good and I got what I ordered!

Wouldn't waste your money. I bought a cheese steak meal here and ended up with a few pieces of steak and mainly cheese and bread. So order at your own risk.

That is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Management needs to emphasize basic expectations like greeting customers with a slight amount of respect… That was so weird and uncomfortable. My mom and I went in and waited a good 2 minutes before I finally said, “Excuse me,” to get an employee to take our order. There were 6 employees just chillin in the back, on their phones, chatting, just hanging out, having a great time. God forbid a customer should enter your store and request service. The male employee who helped us came over and rolled his eyes at us, didn’t say a word to greet us, and took our order with a hateful attitude. That was awful, and I hope your management pays attention to this behavior. Weird!
