Point Bar - Grenoble

Somewhat despondent about the lack of places open for breakfast at 10.00 on a Sunday, I tried in hope to “google” places in Grenoble. Given the lack of people, and the closed signs everywhere it was with little hope we walked through the cold to Point bar. How pleased I am we did. We were immediately greeted by a warm and pleasant host, and had three fabulous choices of huge brunches. Brunch includes a fabulous selection ranging from pancakes, muesli, eggs (any way), bacon, mushrooms, dauphinois potatoes, beans, mushrooms, cheeses, hams, breads, croissants and more! All accompanied by fresh juices and good coffee. Even more fun is the selection of deserts such as carrot cake, brownie and panacotta that come with the brunch! Certainly a meal to see you through the day. Well priced and wonderfully friendly service. Most recommended

My daughter and I came to visit friends in Grenoble. We were so happy to discover Point Bar. During the week they have 'plats du jour ' and on the weekend they serve the best brunch ever outside of New Zealand! Great food, excellent staff and an awesome atmosphere. Highly recommend you book in advance for brunch!

I'm a massive fan of brunch, and the Point Bar didn't disappoint. The service was great, and quick, and the food was terrific. There's plenty of choice for side dishes. There's three options or formule, Sucre, Salé, or Sucre et Salé. Bring an appetite if you're going to attempt the Sucre et Salé!

Great place, discovered by a friend! The place is very cozy, the brunch formulas are very copied (the sweet formula at 16 euros: hot drink, fruit juice, butter pie jam and cake pasta at will, muesli with fairy, cake of the day, brioche lost) and the staff is very pleasant. There are also books and board games available. It's all done to have a good time! But the restaurant is small and popular so think about booking!

First experience in this restaurant this noon for a super brunch! There are many choices, very copied and very varied everything was very good! The crêpes were mellow and we no longer knew where to give so much head there were from everywhere Special Mention to accompany the extras, this is an excellent idea Service extremely fast and warmer!
