McDonalds Restaurant - Greenwood

I arrived at the McDonalds drive thru about 5:30PM , Thursday , Dec. 30th. 2021 and ordered a sis pack of nuggets with dipping sauce , medium fries with ketchup and a choc sundae .. when I got my order , I drove down the street to eat before I had to go to my next appt. There was just a tiny container of dipping sauce , pathetic to be honest , and there was no ketchup and when I took the lid off my sundae , a lot of liquid dropped on to my lap which appeared to be some kind of separation of the ice cream ingredients and there were gobs of very thick chocolate and to top it off , there was no spoon so I attempted to eat it with a fork which I had in my car .. that was totally useless but would have worked had the ice cream been of normal consistency ... I am not sure why I chose McDonalds today as Dairy Queen was closer to me and I have never had problems there .. I had minor problems in the past with McDonalds but none like today ... needless to say , I won't be going back to McDonalds in Greenwood anytime soon .. their drive thru is also VERY slow ..

I asked for a big mac and they gave me the fish one like how do you get that mixed up and when i ask for the fish one they were so rude

Dont get me wrong, I love me some McDonalds. This location has so many issues, it may be hard to list them all, and its not just me I hear it from so many other people at work. I will start by saying the location is great for grabbing the Best Coffee in town! They usually always get that right. The staff are always super nice and friendly on the drivethru window. Then theres the errors/problems/wrong orders: I often order Extra Oinons, and I never get them, I even complained to corporate to shed some light on the issues at this location. I believe they just stick the Special Order sticker on any burger sitting in the rack to save time. What about if someone had a Pickle Allergy and asked for No Pickles, would they attempt to make a fresh burger without pickles, or ignore it? Fries are often cold and oversalted, Burgers slapped together in a mess, missing items in drivethru orders, the tiniest Ice Crew Cones you can possibly get, thats if the machines arent Constantly Down!, dont bother asking for something modified on your order, youll never get it. The management needs to get a grip on this and give their employees the initiative to have pride in their job and the service.

With constant wrong orders or not marking whats in 5 different coffee we have to play coffee roulette at work trying to find the right order, yesterday was the worst with old stale cold coffee, the snow outside was warmer than my coffee. going to have to get coffee elsewhere from now on

I have been into this location twice recently(8 days)First time I ordered junior burgers and got chicken.I had to leave the drive through and reenter ,line was slow.Rep taking orders had a hard time understanding me.English was not her first language)order was replaced but it required a manager.Today I ordered egg mcmuffin only to get sausage mcmuffin..By this time I was home and to return was not worth the drive.I have no idea what has happened to the quality of this place but it has gone down hill fast. I will not be returning.Tim Hortons will have to do.
