The chicken pieces at this restaurant are smaller than they used to be, but I usually opt for the chicken burgers instead. They are tasty and offer good value for the price. The staff always gets my order right and serves the food quickly.

I purchased a bucket of chicken from the drive-thru over a week ago. I have previously experienced greasy food from this restaurant because they don't let the oil drain off the food properly when taking it out of the fryer. I placed my order over the phone and there was a 30-minute wait before I arrived, but the bucket of chicken was still greasy, with about half a cup of oil. After pouring out the chicken onto a baking sheet, I noticed how small the pieces were, especially the chicken breast. Most of the meat had been cut off, leaving only a small portion. The chicken was soggy, missing breading on most pieces, and seemed overcooked or reheated. It was so greasy that it was inedible. I ended up using it as bait in a live trap for raccoons, who seemed to enjoy it. This meal was extremely overpriced for the poor quality and lack of edible food.

The prices at this restaurant continue to rise, but the military discount has been reduced. In addition, there are new staff members who lack knowledge in customer service. Overall, it seems that the restaurant is on a downward trend.
