Cajun Shotgun House And Bbq

We stopped by Shotgun House on our way home from vacation Kansans looking for a good grill! Immediately we knew this place was great. Qyahna was our waitress, and she didn't stop laughing and making our experience wonderful! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was so funny. We had a whole range of food, from shrimp to ribs, and the hush puppies were from this world! We finished the meal with Elvis cake. Such a great experience would definitely recommend!

Small, local, friendly and tasty! This place is a MUST stop for lunch! My friend and I went to New Orleans and wanted to find a good barbecue place for lunch, so I started looking on the internet and found this place, a little out of the way, but when I read the reviews, it sounded like it was worth it. Boy I'm glad we stopped this place was amazing! Everyone in there was very friendly, you could say it was a local joint. We have a cup of gum and the Shotgun Nachos... The rubber train was GREAT and the nachos were FANTASTIC! Both were perfectly proportional to each ingredient. We recommend stop!

It's a very nice little place. Great food, friendly people and pleasant atmosphere! I ate here as it opens its doors through the original owner. I would recommend to everyone to eat there and the prices are very good.

Large huge pulled pork sandwich with homemade boil and barbecue sauce on a monster homemade bungalow with fresh hot frits. And a big shooter. Yum yum.

Got the ribs and they are awesome. Skip the sauce, you won't need it. The meat is falling off the bone good with a taste that'll make you go back for seconds before you know it.
