Contribuiți la feedbackIt’s pointless coming to this location. Frosty tags are meant to be free with a purchase. Well I went here twice and they still manage to mess things up. First time someone took my order, they heard me but someone else was taking the money. She wasn’t “told” about the tag. So I was charged for that and then no MOD so she couldn’t refund anything. Second time I came I was definitely acknowledged about the tag and even flashed the tag for the cashier. How do you go from $5.40 $5 bag) to $7.40. Was double charged for the dang frosty. These guys are not trained enough or don’t care enough. Wish I got my money back.
I've been coming to the store for about a year or so now and I've seen it at its worst and its best, right now I can say that this store is definitely at its best. Whenever I come in to order the associates are always polite and friendly, the managers make sure they do their job to the best of their abilities and the food is always fresh!
I went through the drive-thru earlier today and ordered lunch including a Taco salad. The lettuce for the Taco salad was so bad that it was unfit to eat. The rest of the food was great.
The worst chicken sandwich I've ever had!!! Ordered the new Italian chicken sandwich and it was not at all like it was advertised. The bun was dry, the chicken was dry and there was hardly any sauce at all. For $7 it was a complete disappointment!!
Every time I come to this Wendy's takes forever to take your order when there's only one car in front of you at the drive-thru the lobby is always closed do us all a favor and shut the place down you your service is completely awful#shutitdown after 10 minutes of waiting I just left LOL
