Steak n' Shake - Greenfield

A number one. I got precooked pavement. [knocked pflaster] and cold frits underboiled. they only get an additional star for the beautiful girl in the window. the part that sucks is that I already had a great burger here. hit and miss the roll of the cube every time I come here. I am back with high hopes. please don't destroy my dreams again.

Looked behind another vehicle waiting for 5 minutes until the girl took his order while only 3 total vehicles were in the line. 1 car that had already ordered him and then us. He tried to order a shake at 10:15 o'clock and was told that the machine was nice for cleaning. especially with shake in the name of the restaurant. at last it's a minute ago. they wait 5 minutes to place our order. it wasn't busy at all. sa in the drive thru to get food for another 10 minutes. more than 20 minutes on the journey this place thru. absolutely ridiculous. trust me, I'll be embarrassed if you're short or busy, but they'll come.

Ordered a chili mac supreme and cheese fry. the chili mac had no soaking in it and the nudes were old and muddy. I didn't get a cheese for the riders. this is my second experience in a series with poor food quality / not everything I ordered. I'll never be back!

So disappointed by our culinary experience in greenfield in. it wasn't a good year. they have to order on kiosk. they have let the people out of work. when we go to dinner, I want to wait. they now have a limited menu and I liked my vanilla cakes. no longer offered. you have to say, was very disappointing and we will not be back.

The food was great, as usual, but the dining area and bathrooms weren't very clean. The floors in the dining area were sticky all over and the ladies restroom was kinda grimey.
