Hardee's - Greenfield

Over 30 minute wait with only 3 cars ahead of us and an empty dining room. Factor in waiting to get to the speaker it was over 45 minutes during what should be dinner rush. There was no rush, there was no fast in this food. The food tasted good, and customer service was ok which is only reason its not a 1 star review.

This morning my son and I walked to order our food like we do every Saturday. We overheard the manager belittling Ms. Judy. I literally only know this woman from going in on Saturdays. Ms. Judy knows our order and many others as soon as we walk in the door. From what the conversation sounded, other workers are not doing their jobs leaving up to the first shift to get the work done. Then the first shift is reprimanded for not having everything done. Have respect for your employees, pull them into the office and close the door. It's highly disrespectful to the employee and customers for management to have any form of work related conversation in the open, when it deals with this type of issue. Ms. Judy is part of the reason many people go there, her personality gives a happy morning smile. Corporate needs to step in, if this is how management treats their employees.

Food wasn't super fresh. Ended up throwing it away because it was cold and I didn't have time to have it made right as I was on my lunch break

Horrible wait time thro the drive thro. Been that way for years. You could order a small fry and they will tell you to pull forward and you will wait minimum of 10 min. Way under staffed.

Judy was really friendly and seemed to really care about my experience even though I was drive through
