The Castle Inn - Greencastle

On our recent visit to Greencastle, we ate at this restaurant twice. The food, sourced locally, was incredibly tasty and cooked perfectly. The staff was welcoming and attentive, offering great service in a cozy and relaxed setting. The restaurant is conveniently situated near the ruins of Northburgh Castle, providing breathtaking views of Greencastle pier and Lough Foyle all the way to Magilligan's Point. We highly suggest trying the steak and Guinness. We can't wait to come back soon to try the ribs!

My family of five (two adults and three kids) recently visited this restaurant and tried the carvery. The food was delicious, and I was impressed that children under five ate for free. Even our picky eater enjoyed their meal. The restaurant offers amazing sea views and the service from the staff was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area or passing by Greencastle.

I dined at the restaurant today for the first time since the new owners took over. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were generous. I will definitely be returning!
