Pho168 - Greenbelt

The customer service here is some of the worst I've had at any Pho place. The usual cashier lady always has the worst attitude, just straight up angry and treats everyone like trash. Idk what her problem is but she legit needs to leave like lol why are you working as a cashier if you hate people so much?? Plus the table service is pretty abysmal too, where they don't check on you if you need anything like water either. But the pho is pretty good, not the best but still liked

I have never been to this location, so I figured why not try it out, sorry to say, the service was not up to par. My daughters and I ordered some pho. I specifically said tripe, because my daughters love tripe. It was the one thing that was not in the soup. Also, everytime I tried to flag a person, they just kept on walking and didn't even bother to ask if everything was okay.

This soup is salty. Ive had this so u many times here and am not a fan of the service but needed to stay en route to IKEA so I chose not to eat elsewhere. The soup is very high in salt my feet began to swell while consuming. I will not be returning. When I sit down in a restaurant I expect to pay after I rack up a bill. Having to pay before I sit, not gonna work. Now I dont want to order more. There is no table service here because once you order, you are on your own. Went

Overall it?s pretty good. Prices are good and pho tastes great!

My dumplings were dry hard and old. The vegetables for the pho were wilted. The bean sprouts were brown and the Thai basil leaves had mold and black spots with holes in them. I was disgusted. To top it off the customer service is poor. Never again.
