Mcdonald's - Green Cove Springs

Every Friday as a treat I get my boys McDonald’s for dinner. Every Friday it’s busy which is to be expected. I do curbside because let’s face it dragging two kids out of the car is stressful. But this Friday was the worse. I placed an order at 5:50. Arrived a little before 6 to curbside pickup. By 620 still did not have my order. So I got out of my vehicle with my children. To walk inside where NO ONE greeted any of the customers waiting in the lobby. Very rude and not very professional customer service. Then a young lady started to go out to deliver my food. I said I don’t want that bc it’s clearly not fresh. The bag was greasy as to be a tell tell sign that it had been sitting for a hot minute. Young lady went back into the kitchen and came back with another bag. This is ridiculous service. If you’re under staffed make it where ppl can’t do curbside so they’re not sitting and waiting to receive cold food. The 20 minutes I sat I seen at least 10 cars leave the drive thru. Orders should be disbursed by the time the order came in. My curbside order is just as important as the drive thru or lobby order. Service: Take out Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1

McDonalds always know how to hit the g spot bro. Everytime I come here, the food is delicious and all the workers are very friendly. Took my homeboy Brian here and he busted the fattest nut when he saw that quarter pounder come his way. Love this place. Ima take my girl here next time and recommend the Triple Fish Deluxe cause she smell like tuna. This location is one of the worst I've experienced. If you don't mind using the app to order, only paying with cash, dealing with long wait times, and accepting that they may close earlier than their listed hours, then this might be the spot for you. This has now happened twice where I ask for no onions so they sarcastically just put them in between the meat where the cheese is so it gets sandwiched in the cheese to where I can't even remove them. The service is so friendly, I really enjoy visiting this location. The food was hot and fresh. There was a little too much ketchup and mustard, but otherwise, my quarter pounder deluxe was very good.
