Casey's - Great Bend

I often enjoy visiting this restaurant and appreciate the team members who provide excellent customer service. However, it seems they are still in the process of finding the right manager. I don’t understand why they haven’t given this particular girl a chance, as she is truly outstanding. She would definitely enhance my experience as a customer, and this place really needs that. The other employees seem to enjoy working alongside her as well. Overall, this establishment is fantastic.

I really can't complain, it was open, it was clean, the bathrooms had just been cleaned when we arrive (Attend was just finished) and when we got our drinks and had a little conversation knocking out our legs, it was cleaned again. That's a good sign!

Friendly people who are helpful with new people learning there jobs. So be patient with them there learning the job. The pump numbers are staring you in the face when you pull up to the pump

We visited this Casey's location and ordered some pizza and breadsticks. We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service we received from the branch manager, Susan, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience with both the food and the staff. The young man, Tony, who prepares the pizzas and breadsticks, deserves special recognition for his polite demeanor and for making some of the best pizza we've had in a long time. The store was clean as well. Even though we live an hour away, we would gladly make the drive for such wonderful food.

Lifesaver! While I was working in Green Bay, I noticed that my tire was low. I stopped at several gas stations, but none had air pumps that worked—it was either they didn’t have one, wouldn’t accept my card, or only took quarters. Thankfully, I found a place where I could fill my tire and even treated myself to some delicious donuts!
