We went for the carvery. Unfortunately having started eating it we felt the veg wasn't up to standard expected. When the management asked (without prompting) how was the meal we explained the issue. The management dealt with the issue by offering us alternative meals at no extra charge. The management rectified an issue as soon as they were aware of it.
