Kfc - Grass Valley

Ordered online for pick up, website said it would be ready at 9:30. Got there and they told me they never got the order, refused me a refund then told me to call the 800 which was closed.

I just picked up an order 8:15 PM Wednesday. And the lady boss there was very rude, and was shouting at her employees unnecessarily. Iunderstand the guy was making mistakes, but where is the grace?

Closed an hour before quoted time and ten minutes before their posted times!!! ?

I ordered my food and just got a simple smash bowl combo and the lady asked if I wanted fries I answered yes but then I got no fries and was missing stuff so I went back and told her what happened politely and she said well the lady that took your prefer didn’t know that it did not come with fries but you can buy it for 4.53 and now we waited abt 10 minutes not everything was included in the smash bowl

This place is filthy! The seats for the booths are black from grime and funk. The service was awful. You could tell that the employees didn't want to be there and definitely didn't want anyone to dine in. My family and I won't be returning to this establishment!
