This was the dirtyest fast food restaurant I think I've ever been. We eat at Chick-fil-a all the time in Southlake and will never return to this place in Grapevine. There was no clean table in the restaurant; Trash fell out of the garbage cans and only one available to throw away things. The master room had no paper towels to dry hands. As so close to some of the biggest attractions in DFW you would think that this would be one of your most beautiful places, but that could not be further from the case. I really felt bad for people walking in the door when we went and choose to wipe my own table so they have somewhere clean to sit. Usually we would sit and chat for a while so that the kids can play, but we didn't even want them to play in the play area as we were too worried about the last year, it was cleaned. Good luck for anyone who owns this place, as it is clear that they only survive because of the normal Chick-fil-a reputation. Let me know if you want me to teach this owner/operator how to run a business.
