Food portions and variety are way down but price is up. While we were seated right away. It took 10 minutes for our waitress to come to the table. Another 10 to get our drinks and 45 after that for our food. Didn't get our biscuits until the food came out.No offer when of anything when we complained about the wait. I was a server for 10 years and was completely disappointed andRARELY complain because I understand the industry but it was a complete disaster

Food is fine, might have to wait sometime to be seated on holidays or weekends.

I took my daughter to the York County Pauline Drive Cracker Barrel and had a very disappointing experience. The roast beef was extremely tough, and I seriously doubt it was cooked for 14 hours as promised. My daughter's hash brown casserole was served cold, and my mashed potatoes were so cold that the lump of butter, which was only half-melted, ended up solidifying again. The only highlight of our meal was the mac and cheese that both my daughter and I ordered. We were also surprised there was no cornbread or rolls, and no jelly was offered. Unfortunately, no one came to ask us if we needed refills. This isn't the first time we've received cold food here. I'm sorry to say, but we won't be returning.

This restaurant location is quite underwhelming. I placed my order for 4 PM and had to wait for curbside pickup, but no one came out with my order. After waiting 55 minutes, I eventually went inside to get it myself. I was really let down because by the time I finally received my food, it was lukewarm. Honestly, we would have received our food more quickly if we had been seated in the restaurant. This was meant for a surprise birthday party, and unfortunately, the delay ruined the surprise because the birthday girl arrived on time while the food did not. The whole point of ordering ahead was to avoid this situation. I'm very disappointed and will definitely choose another location for my future orders.

I would give a lower rating if I could! We've been waiting for over 40 minutes just for rolls and bread. All four of us have empty cups, and our server is nowhere to be found. If my wife didn’t enjoy this place, I’d never come back. The service is terrible! I expected much more from Cracker Barrel. It took me a while to write this, and guess what? Our drinks are still empty! Great job.
