An old renovated mill and used as a restaurant. Who would have imagined, entering for a dinner, having crossed the threshold of a high-class culinary experience. Beautiful room with well spaced tables. Precious dishes that turn a dinner into a delicious journey between flavors, original and successful combinations with high quality ingredients. An exceptional gastronomic journey from appetizer to dessert. Service to the tables accurate and attentive to the customer's needs by the maitre of room that pampered us all evening. An excellent experience that, despite the distance that separates us, will definitely have a follow in the future.

Great surprise a few steps from Novara. A contemporary cuisine that uses techniques intelligently and without excess, with ingredients and reworks of the dishes of the territory but not only. Careful, impeccable and always present service that has not missed a time or a presentation. We took with satisfaction the tasting menu with the opportunity to have 4 wine glasses in combination. Wine charter not wide and devoid of historical depth (the restaurant has opened for a few years) but with a discreet and accessible selection to all. Last but not least the location. Among the dishes to remember the pepper with the ice cream of cauda and the risotto tops of turnip, clams and candied lemon, both of starry level as the service.

Discovering this place was not just a nice surprise but an experience! We had the chance to have dinner in an anonymous Thursday night, if you want us to be the only customers of the evening. We felt at ease accompanied and pampered between one dish and another by an excellent and competent service. Since the welcome aperitif we have understood the high level of the courses that we would expect from there shortly. Cure care and nothing left to chance, each dish was a small taste trip. the Chef, exquisite and helpful person deserves well more authoritative notes of my review. All in a cozy and charming location. Of course the prices are not pop, but it absolutely seemed to me like the experience lived. It will be a pleasure to return to the first opportunity possible! Very nice location with the mill wheel making presence and atmosphere. Good lunch with refined dishes. Excellent service with the Alessio maitre who always has the right advice.
