Dairy Queen (treat) - Grandville

Great customer service. It looked fairly clean from what I could see. The ice cream was absolutely amazing. Not a long wait in line and we were taken care of swiftly

Went to the DQ at Rivertown Crossing today the customer service was absolutely terrible. The lady was super rude had a bad attitude, won’t be returning for this reason.

Quick service and convenient inside the mall. Had an awesome large vanilla cone!

Ice cream doesn't have much flavor. Pretty much any other ice cream place is better. Cookie dough was very crumbly and old tasting. I do NOT recommend DQ. They need an upgrade. Employees were great though.

The waitress with blonde hair displayed passive-aggressive behavior towards me and my children when we visited the ice cream shop. She showed no interest in engaging in conversation and appeared to want us to leave. There was a lack of emotion or friendliness in her demeanor, despite the fact that the restaurant was not busy.
