Taco Bell - Grand Terrace

I was across the street today at an auto parts store during my lunch break. Needed to grab a bite to eat and saw this nice, new looking Taco Bell. After stopping in and placing my order I could believe how nice this place was. In matter of minute or two my meal was ready and I was eating. Thea staff was friendly, masked and doing a great job. I haven?t placed a review in a long while but I felt I had to give this place a 2 thumbs up. Clean, modern, pleasant with a new clean parking lot? I will be coming back. I haven't dined in yet, but the drive-thru is always pretty fast. Food is good. You can order online and there's a rewards program now on their app. I highly recommend trying the Supreme Doritos Locos Tacos. Delicious ????

It took them 35 minutes to prepare my order, and they didn't even start until I approached the counter. They offered a free drink, and I accepted two, but that still doesn't excuse the long wait.

The service took a long time, and people began honking in the drive-thru. The Crunchwrap was poorly made. This was the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had.

Be sure to figure out exactly what you want before you start ordering at the drive-thru, because once you place your first order, half the menu disappears. I really don’t understand who thought that was a good idea. I would have ordered several additional items, but they were no longer visible once I began the order process.
