Subway - Grand Prairie

This is my favorite subway. This evening at 530pm me and my wife had two young ladies were very rude had an attitude. My wife told her how she wanted her sandwich and they both got offended. As if she had ask them for something bazaar. She just wanted her cheese on the met so it could melt. They than put her sandwich together so sloppy. Asked for one line of Mayo they put more. I will go back just hope not to see them two.

Girl that works here told me they open at 10am on weekends when the business hours says Saturday 9am please update hours open.

How is it that someone orders a chicken bacon ranch but forgets the bacon ? this use to be my favorite subway.

I love eating here. The food is always fresh and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is always clean.

I am very disappointed with my experience. Alba prepared my sandwich in a way that it couldn’t even close; the contents were literally falling out and not properly contained within the bread at all. She piled everything on without any thought to balance. It was impossible to pick it up and eat it without spilling all the ingredients onto the paper beneath. When I mentioned that we couldn’t eat it like this, she responded with an attitude. I’ve had her make my sandwich correctly before, so I’m not sure why this happened. This is my fourth visit, and I've noticed that the service has been inconsistent. I can’t keep coming here if the service is going to be this poor. I wish I could give it zero stars. The service used to be better, and I felt treated poorly as a customer, which is why I won't be spending my money here again.
