We’d the pleasure of staying in Grammichele for a few days recently and happened to find ourselves in this restaurant in the centre of the town. The genuine hospitality of all the team lead by Mundo was second to none, we’re going to be back to enjoy the flavours and friendliness of this restaurant again! Facing one of the most beatiful square in Italy, Piazza Carlo Maria Carafa, otherwise known as Piazza Esagonale, La Porchetteria is a hidden gem if you want to try the legendary Sicilian Pig Roast. Specialised in the preparation of this succulent meat, La Porchetteria will gift you with the best Pig Roast you’ll probably ever have, dressed with balsamic vinegar and accompanied by potato croquettes or roasted. Make sure you take a spot at Happy Hour time in the dehors at sunset time, to also enjoy the lighting up of the Saint Leonard Church.

Bellissimo ristorante, si mangia benissimo, si paga poco, posto pulitissimo e servizio impeccabile. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.
