We were in Grammichele passing by, at 2:30 p.m. we were looking for some places to have a quick lunch... and they were all closed.... found this open bar we enter and had several rustics to offer... had already the kitchen closed so we could not order, but the rustic and the sandwiches to the plate were really good... the very kind owner!

The Symposium is a charming place located in Grammichele in the province of Catania. The inside is not very large in fact all the confusion pours out in front of the local and in the adjacent square, the luminous counter and the comfortable armchairs make the atmosphere soft and the music invokes the customers to spend a pleasant evening in the company of friends and alcohol.

Hi I frequent the symposium, it is a two-sided place in the morning is a typical bar with exquisite and varied breakfast also excellent craft granite . At night it turns into an extremely youthful place where various cocktails and long drinks are served all accompanied by live music or DJ . I highly recommend it to anyone.
