Contribuiți la feedbackWhy is it that every time we try to go to this location it is not open.. Says it opens at 6am and it was 7:30am and can't get in. Not very convenient at all... Quick Trip it is. You guys are losing a lot of business, and getting a bad reputation.
This is the worst Casey's experience yet. I ordered two pizzas. Single topping now 14$ Supreme even more. Prices keep going up but I thought no worries its so good a s my mother loves it so I order two. My husband didn't look in boxes as it was busy. Open them at my moms and was so shocked to see half the toppings as usual and the pizza was so under done we could not pick it up. If it were not for being Mothers Day and not wanting to lose visiting time with her this pizza would have been back at your store for a refund. I have never had this experience at the Casey's in Blue Springs on Woods Chappel. Shame on your store for boxing pizza up like that.
You location has broken card readers. Happened at multiple visits, while my card functions everywhere else. Last trip the cashier suggested my card wasn't authentic and to call my bank. Drove to the Casey's a few miles away where it worked without flaws. So I guess you have customer service issues too. Poor representation of a chain store I used to visit daily...... good luck
Charged me 30.00 for an item that was 8 dollars. They didn’t say the amount, just said ok ready. I just swiped my card without looking!! My fault! I also didn’t get a receipt. I didn’t notice until I got home. I have tried numerous times to call, but they won’t answer their phone even though it’s 7 pm and they don’t close until 11. Ugh! I’ll be more careful next time!
The staff at this restaurant were incredibly friendly towards all the customers. The young man who checked me out was exceptionally kind and cheerful.
