Smokehouse At Steve's - Graham

First time there. Great meat and produce market. Good selection of beverages. Staff was great suggesting dining selections. Food was fantastic! Large portions, had to take some home! Purchased meats to take home to cook. Can't wait to sample sandwiches from the deli.Great first-time experience, will definitely be back!

I 'm giving Steve 's a five star even though there was one pretty big hiccup. The food wasn 't very hot. Some of the side dishes hot dishes were just hot enough to barely make it to warm. Could have been on the warm side of cold. The taste of everything was good and the cold dishes were great, but the almost cold hot dishes kind of stunk. Still, good food. 32oz beer options on draft. The dinning room is simple and nice. I really liked the food but would probably go upon opening to see if the temperature issue is resolved by going in early.

I had Steve’s Smokehouse cater for my wedding a month ago, and it tasted amazing! Very generous with the amount they gave me with how many people were coming! I got the choice of 2 meats and 3 sides and got the BBQ and Brisket with Mac and cheese, green beans, scalloped potatoes, and of course their hush puppies. Everything was great, went perfectly as planned. The waiters that helped passed out the food were very nice and respectful. Couldn’t ask for anyone better to cater my wedding with the price we paid for it. AMAZING.

Will be going back to try other things on the menu. Had brisket, smoked turkey, chicken, and barbeque. All were very good. The meats were better than the sides, but they were all OK. Hush puppies with honey butter were excellent! Will get an extra order of those next time for sure. Very fast and pleasant service. Definitely try it and the market in Hillsborough.

This is some of the best bbq we have found in NC yet! 10/10! I love the shop side of the smokehouse as well.
