This charming restaurant is located just off US 26. We ordered the Bavarian Sausage Plate and a couple of hamburgers, both of which were generously portioned and flavorful. The prices are reasonable for the quality offered. I did wish we could have ordered an extra side of baguette, as the Bavarian plate (which was excellent) could have used a bit more starchy accompaniment aside from the beans. Additionally, I found the baguette slices to be a bit too cold and lacking in crust; toasting them beforehand might improve the experience. Overall, the ambiance and cleanliness of the place were quite good. The service was a bit laid-back, but it suited our level of fatigue. Make sure to check the opening hours or give them a call before visiting; we went on a Friday and found it open. There isn't much parking available in front.

I ordered the Caesar salad and the pesto pasta. Unfortunately, the salad had a bitter taste and resembled coleslaw more than anything else. The pasta was overcooked and lacked seasoning. I had high hopes for a delicious meal, but it just didn't deliver. On the positive side, I do appreciate how quickly our food was prepared. However, I can't recommend this restaurant. Meh. I large bug, some sort of centipede, scared me and my daughter in law to death crawling on the wall just next to me. The waiter commented that it comes with the old building.
