Mesra Cafe - Goshree Road

This hotel is a great choice for business travelers. It is located on SRM Street, near the North Railway Station, and within walking distance of the Lissy subway station. I booked a room for a day stay and found the reception to be good. The rooms were not up to my expectations, but the washroom was clean. The bed covers and mat were not very hygienic. Check-out time is at 11am, but they are willing to extend it to 2pm if necessary. The hotel offers affordable prices and the option to include breakfast in your booking. Room service is available for other meals. Overall, the hotel has a good location, ambiance, and service.

This hotel is located in a busy city area, right across from the town hall underground station. Our room was fairly large, but it had a peculiar smell that seemed to permeate everything. The bathroom had poor drainage. The food quality was disappointing as it was not warmed up enough. Our concerns were not addressed. There is plenty of room for improvement in this aspect. If dining at the hotel is not a priority, it's best to eat at the nearby restaurants. Room service was efficient and our special requests were promptly taken care of. The staff is professional, but could be more friendly.

This budget-friendly hotel in the heart of the city offers ample parking space. The rooms exceeded our expectations considering the price we paid. The hotel is conveniently located next to Town Hall metro station, making travel around Kochi very easy. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were welcoming and polite. Highly recommended!

Tw didn't work. zigarette odour in the room. room was not properly cleaned, we asked to clean it, but it was still dirty. no number of room service, restaurant, reception in the room. no restaurant menu in the room. very limited menu in the restaurant. for each order, the room service person asks to pay immediately instead of the entire payment to the cash register. no fabric in the bathroom at wc. windows has not opened. very limited and dim light total space was not good.

Had a great experience staying there with family for two nights. Rooms were vary clean and spacious. Staff very welcoming great room service and decent food near to all major places. The hotel is also located just beside the metro station...
