Delay in opening the swimming pool by 1 hour Poor Maintenance of the pool Room Door was opening even without the key, which is sad staffs had no idea of what they are doing and talking Ordered fresh lime soda, did not arrive as ordered bar snacks need replacement, not a great idea of serving cold snacks Over all, waste of money

The service provider by the Hotel after receiving as tariff Rs.4,000/ is horrible. I stayed in room 302 from 9 PM on 13.02.2020 to 10 A.M on 14.02.2020. There was no hot water facility in the bathroom. In the morning of 14.02.2020, I was given the option to use the bathroom in Room number 315 wherein the water in the bathroom was not draining and the water stayed as pond. The morning breakfast was worst. The management does not provide even basic facility for ironing cloths in the room.

I really wish that a good building alone could make a great hotel, but unfortunately that is not the case. There are several improvements needed at this hotel, such as the gym being switched off despite informing the reception of my intention to use it. Additionally, the bathroom next to the gym was clean but lacking soap. It was surprising to find that there was no iron provided in the room, meaning guests would have to pay for laundry services to iron their clothes. While the hotel has good facilities, there is a lack of compassion and personal touch. Hopefully, these finer details will be addressed in the future.

This is a review for the hotel, not the restaurant. Rooms: Very spacious. Enough space to move around. Bathroom: Compared to room, it is quite compact but not too small.Breakfast: Ok, Ok types. Nothing great too talk about but was good enough.Staffs: The hotel staffs are very courteous and are very much involved in taking care of the guests.Location: It is well located and is easily accessible. I had booked a single occupancy room but they had given me twin beds, which was later changed. This is one thing which the guests need to tell them before taking the rooms.Rest all, everything is fantastic.

Three families stayed there for two days. We had a great time. Rooms were clean
