Little Caesars Pizza - Goldsboro

My last two trips have been disappointing to say the least. The cashier acted like I was inconveniencing her just to be there. The other time I placed an online order, got there when they said it would be ready. They had four of the pizzas ready but we're just sticking one of them in the oven. So I had to stand there and wait for that one to cook while the rest of them got cold. They are a good price, but you get what you pay for.

Extremely disappointed!!! This use to be my go to as we have a very busy schedule with 2 kids into about every sport. Went today ?11/29/18? and the gentleman was not friendly. As I waited for my Pizza and Breadsticks the lady who appeared to be the manager was dumping pepperoni from 1 container to another and it had cheese in it. I?ve worked fast food and we call that ? cross contamination? Then when I got home I noticed my food wasn?t completely cooked and I had to re-cook it. We will not return which sucks because y?all were great at one time.

It's no surprise this place has a 3.6 rating. They canceled our DoorDash order even though they still had an hour before closing. This is just plain lazy. I hope the owner realizes that this kind of service is costing them money. Thanks for nothing! I was really looking forward to that crazy bread too.

Even though it was close to closing time, the staff member who assisted me was quite rude. She seemed annoyed that I was asking to be served. I understand it was only thirty minutes before they closed, and maybe she was just tired. However, the tone of her voice and her attitude made it clear that she didn’t want to take the time to help me get my pizza. I definitely won’t be returning. We all have our off days, but in the fast food industry, a little kindness can go a long way, even if the customer isn’t your favorite.

I placed my order online and was told it would be ready by a specific time. When I arrived, I was informed it would take another 10 minutes. Once I got home, I discovered that my order was incorrect. I'm very disappointed.
