Frankie's Nashville Hot Chicken

Was fresh , waiter very attentive there was 4 of us dining maybe in 2015. Been back at other locations 2 others really bad experiences with theses 2 last ones. ill say more about those at other locations. Had the same from menue fish tacos .

The customer service at this restaurant was lacking. Two female employees were at the reception desk, but it took a long time for them to acknowledge our presence. They did not make eye contact or address us clearly. When we asked for a time estimate before being seated, they simply replied "either now or in about 5 minutes" (which ended up being over 15). They seemed more focused on swiping on their tablets and rearranging menus than greeting customers politely. Once we were finally seated, the service was acceptable and the food was okay. However, based on the poor reception and lackluster experience, we do not plan on returning.

I used to love going to this restaurant but my last visit was quite disappointing. Two of us were there for lunch. My friend ordered steak fajitas and I ordered fish tacos. I requested lettuce wraps versus tortillas. My friend 's fajitas were OK however my tacos arrived lukewarm, the lettuce was wilted so I couldn 't eat them as tacos but had to use a knife and fork, the slaw on them tasted awful. Side orders are included however I ordered a Ceasar salad and they charged me an additional $3 for a salad that would fit in the palm of my hand. I must admit my margarita was very yummy though. Our server was also very good, pleasant and attentive. The washrooms DESPERATELY need to a revamp. They smell absolutely terrible, the ceiling fans/ventilation system are filled with gunk , they simply look unkept and nasty. I don 't believe I 'll be going back any time soon.

We Ordered a fajita plate for 2 was very small amount of food. the steak was over cooked, not deserved to go there, very expensive, try to visited other place. This branch’s is in Otawa

My husband and I along with another couple went for dinner on a Thursday evening. We all were disappointed in everything from the food to the service. We all ordered a glass of water but only two of us ever received them. I made the mistake of asking for a refill of water when the server asked if we needed anything. I never received it! Three of us ordered alcoholic beverages and one ordered a pop. The alcoholic beverages arrived very quickly, even the frozen marguerita, but the pop was served 20 minutes later! My husband described his fish tacos as mediocre and our friend ate about three bites of her taco salad, and stopped. The broccoli on my entree came still with the leaves on, and my side salad had no dressing on it. I do not mind paying more for a meal. IF the service and food are good. Do not waste your money here.
