Mariscos Pueblo Nuevo

I ordered a Mundo Marino seafood cocktail and it did not taste good the Imatation crab was not fresh or shredded. They use to have one of the best cocktails in San Bernardino. Disappointed

Worst customer service ever! The young waitress didn't even smile was defensive and with an I don't care attitude from the minute we got there! We finally placed our order then the waitress comes back saying the cook said the food will take 45 mins with a take it or leave it attitude! We were already there so we waited over one hour then we got plates that weren't even ours! Another party left cause the cook was telling everyone pretty much to that he was gonna take long! When we got our check they added extra plates that we didn't even order, gratuity included and all like damn not like the waitress was ever nice! Anyways we still waited like 15 more mins just to pay!

Fuckin scam added a tip to my bill to a large party yet only 3 of us then tell me a bucket of beer 23 hen charge me 33 you will get scammed if you don't speak Spanish they think they can get away with this all the time don't go here place is a anyways

I love seafood I been to many different spots from LA to SB And I have to say this is one of the worst places ever!!! When we first got there they said they were only serving cold food nothing hot We waited 45 Mins for 2 tostadas de Ceviche (Cameron) and 1 shrimp cocktail the food was horrible and over priced never again!!! I'll just go back to my regular spot La Nuevas Islas In Rialto!!

We walked in on Sunday at about 2:30 p.m. and right off the bat... The waitress asked if we were dining in or taking out? We told her we would like to dine in, She then told us that she had no idea how long it would be for a table and that she hadn't even started taking orders. It's as if she was STRONGLY encouraging us NOT to eat there. Not professional at all. Maybe she did us a favor, needless to say we found a different restaurant with great customer service and good food.
