Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Glendale

I ordered a 16 piece family meal and they forgot to put the sides and I just noticed when I got home, this is the second time they forgot something

Hate to do this but this store NEEDS GOOD MANAGEMENT already. Haven't been to this location in a while because service has always been slow. Garbage can pulling up by the door to walk in was overflowing and that ahould have been a sign. Not too slow on service today however, once I got my dine in meal I hesitated to, dine in. Every table was dirty. Floors under and around them too. Found the near cleanest table and was going to wipe it down with some napkins. No napkins with my order so I proceed to ask for some up front. Cashier said they had no napkins. Took my food home to eat. Oh and only half the fountain drinks worked. Seems to stay busy but surely proper management and staffing would make all the difference. Try again in a few month Popeye's

This place is a mess! Stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes with no movement. Already placed and paid for my order online so went into the store once the line cleared out behind me and I was able to back up. There was ZERO sense of urgency from the employees, several angry customers, and they were out of every single side. So frustrating!! I just wanted to jump back there and become their interim manager!!

Unprofessional! I was greeted with welcome to mcdonalds may i take your order and heard the employees laughing when I paid for my food I was asked to park out front and took about 25 min until I went inside that saw my order sitting there and I drove about 2 miles down and decided to check my order and was missing 6 wings an fries. always ask for your receipt at this location.

Constantly out of everything, wait time is over 30 mins just for drive
