Hilbertos Mexican Food - Glendale

Been quite awhile since I've been here. I always had their green chili burrito for years since they had first own. It was always just green chili. Now they add rice and beans as fillers. I can't stand places that do this as if i wanted beans are rice if order them or order a bean burrito. Green chili burrito at reputable Mexican restaurants are just that. Needless to say I won't be returning.

The food was great! We had a business breakfast and it went great! They had the food ready and nicely packaged when I went to pick it up. They had everything we needed, plates, napkins, sauce, etc. Everyone loved it!! Thank you!!

The food is really good. The area is acceptable, and the restraunt is clean. Overall, the staff is very professional, and the food is great. I eat here all the time. They almost always get my order 100% correct.Food: 5/5

I have been eating here for almost 15 years, and I always enjoy coming back. My favorites are the breakfast burritos and veggie burritos. Not to mention the spicy carrots! Definitely better than any Filiberto’s.Vegetarian options: Good options for vegetarians, and they’re always accommodating if you want to change ingredients to make something vegetarian.

This establishment should be shutdown!!! My wife and I stopped here around 7 pm tonight she had the #20 and I ordered #2 then 2 extra tacos with guacamole. With drinks came to about $49. We live 13 mins away. When we began to eat, the beans were so spoiled that they tasted sour, the rice was the same. We each had one of the tacos that came with the #2, when we tried the tacos with the guacamole, the guacamole was bad. When I called the restaurant, first the cook told the lady to tell me it was because it was in the car too long!!! When I told her how close we lived, he told her that he just gave us what was left because they close at 8 pm. This was and is totally, and completely unacceptable. He should had made fresh food or just told us they were out!!!! But to serve us spoiled food just to get rid of it, there are no words to even begin to make that ok. Even if we spent $1, this is not ok!!! But $49, this is unreal that their employees would think you can just serve someone rotten (literally) food!!! I will be speaking with the authorities tomorrow.
