Chipotle Mexican Grill - Glendale

We placed our order online to avoid the wait, which worked out well. We had no major issues, but we did find that there wasn't an option to request the meat on the side. Overall, the flavor was decent, but it didn't quite measure up to what I've experienced at other locations. That's the main reason I can't give them five stars. The dining room was clean, and the staff was friendly.

I had a terrible experience with online orders for pickup. I've tried placing orders four times now, and I really should have learned my lesson! Each time, I've had missing items—like the quesadilla, large guacamole, broken taco shells, a kids meal with no meat, soft tacos instead of hard, missing apple juice, and a burrito bowl that was completely soaked in oil. When I called to address these issues, they claimed it was just the rice, but I definitely didn't eat it and didn't bother going back for the third time. They don't follow special instructions for extras, and the bowls aren’t filled as generously as when I order in person. Each experience has resulted in me having to drive back! The second time they messed up, I was hung up on twice while trying to speak with a supervisor. It’s frustrating that not only do they get my food order wrong, but they also ruin my dinner plans with my kids and waste my time!

I really enjoy Chipotle, but the portion sizes they give are just outrageous. When I order through the app, they often forget to include items like red salsa, fajitas, and corn. Other locations are generally better, but I want to feel like I’m getting my money’s worth. They barely put anything in my bowl; it’s frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend ordering a burrito from this place. Save your money and don’t bother with the app—they’ll shortchange you.

Stopped in for a bite and fill out some paperwork work for court. Even though we got in just before the the lunch rush and no gave us a hard time to make room. The food was nice. If you need to use the bathroom you have to ask for a door lock code.

I have visited this Chipotle 10+ times. They are consistent. They consistently get orders wrong. I stopped placing online and app orders because of this. I went in person today and my fiance got a steak salad. The salad had 15 pieces of letuce maybe and barely any steak. She asked for guacamole and it was brown. That's not the worst part about it. In her side dish there was a giant chunk of meat fat mixed in the guacamole. Horrible visit once again
