If you're the owner of this McDonald's, carry your behind over to Chick-fil-A and take some notes!Ssssooooo Sssssssslllllllloooooooooowwwwwww...... good grief!!! And the time it took them to make me a Double Quarter Pounder and a 6-piece nugget with drink I could have gone to a sit-down restaurant eat an appetizer main course and desert......

I drove through. The food was great, but I have lost 110 lbs without fast

I waited 50 minutes for one item. I will not be returning. Go to the McDonald’s on Sliding Hill. Better service and they actually acknowledge their guests.

Stood in lobby for 10 min with no welcome or acknowledgement. One young lady saw me and tried to pretend she was reading a screen. Do better. Customer service needs to come bk.

Customer service was fine. The food on the other hand seemed as tho it was cooked earlier and to re-heat they dropped it in the grease burned the chicken and the toasted bun. Absolutely horrible taste. I won't be returning to the McDonald's at Virginia center.
