Chipotle Mexican Grill - Glen Allen

This was my first visit to this particular Chipotle, and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff were friendly and engaging, and the cleanliness of the restaurant was outstanding—from the parking lot to the surrounding area and throughout the interior. The food was simply amazing; it was, without a doubt, the best tasting meal I've ever had at a Chipotle!

This Chipotle location meets the standard you expect, with the added perk of outdoor seating. They offer all the usual build-your-own Mexican food options, including sofritas and various vegetables. The staff here do a great job of serving consistent portions, unlike some other locations where the servings can be a bit stingy.

The food is what you would expect from Chipotle. I do suggest that they consider getting new chairs, as my 2-year-old hit his head on a screw on the back of one of them, leaving a mark above his eye. However, one employee was very kind and helped us by bringing ice and some sort of spray, which was greatly appreciated. He handled the situation wonderfully and was incredibly helpful.

I've come across several unimpressive reviews for this restaurant, but my experience was quite positive. I ordered from this location via DoorDash, so I didn't have any interaction with the staff. Therefore, I can't comment on their friendliness or service. However, I can say that my meal was well-prepared. The steak portion was generous, and the vegetables in my bowl were fresh and crisp. I also enjoyed a side of queso, which was delicious. Overall, I had no issues, and everything tasted great.

So its 5 oclock, the kids want chipotle I usually go to the other one on west broad street but the navigation pulled this one up first. The line was out the door. The worker were trying to keep up but the people in here do what i mean one guy had 7 orders. Wtf ? We are all due our food so no biggie righttt? Except the entire line was either friends and family. I say this because one person would go back and forth sitting then coming back to order more? Or add another order? Im a parent so i know how it is is to have 4 kids by my self . I dont do this . I get the orders together before hand so i can put my order in at one time. So i wont be back not at this time or any date in the future not due to staff but the people.... Its been 30 mins on a line for a burrito , okay
