Pick Mix Korean - Glastonbury

I've been visiting this place on Wednesdays and Fridays for the past three weeks, and I wish I could give it more stars. The Korean fried chicken is the best I've ever tasted. Each time I walk in, I'm welcomed like family.

The food was absolutely delicious, and I would definitely return.

I really enjoy the food, and I appreciate how the Spanish women and men contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of the restaurant. They have created a great experience here!

I used to really enjoy this restaurant, but my recent experiences have been very disappointing. The staff seems to be quite unprofessional and consistently gets orders wrong. It honestly feels like some of them are not fully present. My last visit was the final straw. We ordered four bowls, two of which were supposed to be gluten-free. They mixed up the ingredients and made them all the same, so now we can't even identify which ones are gluten-free. When I called to sort it out, the person who answered was confusing and insisted that I had ordered something entirely different, leaving me with no clear answers.

I stood there for five minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I used to love this place, but the new staff is disappointing. One employee was busy with to-go orders and on the phone, while another was walking around without paying any attention to me. They hadn’t even turned on their screens, even though they were open, and the place barely had any lights on. There were other employees in the back, yet no one came to take my order. Even someone who walked in after the restaurant had opened didn’t acknowledge me. I eventually decided to leave and went to El Pollo Guapo instead, where I had a much better experience.
