Amazing chilli sauce, as chili sauce should be! a little heat (not hot, but just a little mild-medium heat), chilis, tomato-based (not tomato ketchup thanks to quality), a little thick and fresh made every day....no of this watery, watered tomato ketchup, sweet, sugary so called chili sauce should always do other kebab sauce! advise to other doner kebab shops in glasgow, do not use tomaten ketchup or sugar if they make chili sauce or make the chili sauce sweet, the way they make it is a good mutti pizza sauce as basic for making kebab chili.
