Macdonners - Glasgow City

The service at this restaurant is terrible. The food arrived late and cold. When I spoke to the driver about it, he dismissed me and told me to contact the restaurant. After calling the restaurant and being dismissed again, they only offered a replacement when I threatened to report them to Just Eat and leave a negative review online. I do not recommend using this takeaway.

Terrible Customer Service. No interest in taking order and food order and food was disgusting. Tried to call but staff just hung up, tried to order online and then had to go to the shop to get the order, useless.

I have been ordering from McDonners for years. Tonight, I ordered pizzas that were completely burnt and chips that were burnt as well. I called the restaurant because the food is normally good, but I found the customer service skills to be very poor. The man I spoke to was rude overall. I can honestly say that I will not be returning to the Argyle Street location.

Ordered a delivery from Mcdonners, it was late they still managed to deliver it, the pizza was great and so were the chips.

I 've been using these guys for years. Normally it takes an hour to get my burger, which is generally a long time but worth the wait. This time, it took an hour and 40 minutes. Not a care in the world when I called them complaining. When I told them they were going to lose a valuable customer, they said ok, thats fine . I normally tell people the customer service is bad here but worth the food, but this was a last time. I will stop telling people about this place. They also implied I should be lucky they deliver to me as they don 't normally deliver to my area. I live about 8 minutes drive away from their nearest shop.
