Kfc - Glasgow City

Called in with the family to.eat in. Went to wash our hands before eating, no soap in any of the bathrooms, men's, ladies or family. Told the staff. One guy went in and pulled open the dispenser in the family toilet, but couldn't get any soap out. Left it. He came back to serve without washing his hands. Nobody in the kitchen had a hair net on, nobody had gloves on.

Called deliveroo and they said that the order was sent over 2hours we were told order was on it's way Was delivered and cold driver was unhappy he blamed deliveroo I tried calling KFC they hung up on me. They would not return my call even after 2.5 hours

Zero stars deserved! Ordered via deliveroo, took two hours, wrong order, missing items, no bun with burger! KFC not interested in rectifying, told to contact deliveroo! Its not deliveroo that makes the orders up!! Avoid, dont waste your money on this place.

We tried a bucket of chicken at this restaurant and found it to be tasty, but the fries were quite poor, possibly the worst we've had from any fast food place. Thankfully, we were not there for the fries specifically, so it was not a big deal. In the future, I would consider ordering items without fries. Additionally, it was strange to discover that KFC does not offer any desserts. We ended up going across the road to get McFlurry's after our meal.

Received our food, which was presented to us cold and the order had been delivered incorrectly. On politely drawing this to the attention of the young girl who took our order, I was abruptly told, “the order was correct !” After I insisted that the order was indeed incorrect , did she reluctantly changed the order, however I now wish I had gone elsewhere as the quality of the food was rank as to was the food temperature ! All this for the privilege of £22.00 for two burger meals. I could have purchased two nice fillet steaks from the supermarket for less ….and at least they would have been freshly cooked and hot ! High time KFC employed a mobile manager to pay these restaurants a surprise visit, to crack the whip …! If the £22.00 was deducted from their salaries, I suspect the quality and presentation would improve rapidly !
